By creating an account or using Hourly, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.
Hourly is a web-based and desktop time tracking application for freelancers, consultants, and self-employed professionals. The service allows you to log hours, manage projects, and export reports.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
You agree not to use Hourly for:
You retain full ownership of all data you enter into Hourly, including time entries, project information, and descriptions. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content. You can export or delete your data at any time.
Hourly is currently in Beta. During this period, the service is provided free of charge. Beta users will receive a discount when paid plans are introduced. We reserve the right to modify features, pricing, and availability during and after the Beta period.
During the Beta period, Hourly is free to use. When paid plans are introduced, you will be notified in advance. Beta users will receive preferential pricing. You will never be charged without explicit consent.
We strive to provide Hourly with 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of Hourly. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the application. Continued use of Hourly after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes will be resolved by the competent court in the Netherlands.
